Primitive Movement by Swole AF Gym provides group training designed to help individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals in a supportive and empowering environment. The program is built on a science-based approach, incorporating functional movement patterns, progressive overload, energy system training, and a balance of intention and intensity. The experienced coaches leading each class guide members through every step of their journey, offering personalized modifications or progressions to suit each person’s unique fitness level.

Group training sessions utilize a variety of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more, ensuring workouts are dynamic and effective. Each week is structured with intention: three days are dedicated to strength training, while the remaining days combine Hyrox training with strength and conditioning to help clients reach their health and fitness goals.
