Primitive Movement Run Club is dedicated to helping individuals improve their running form, explore scenic destinations across Orange County, and prepare for major races such as HYROX, Spartan, Tough Mudder, and more. The club is led by the head coach and owner of Primitive Movement Gym, who brings extensive experience as a former Cross Country and Track & Field competitor, with four years of collegiate-level competition.

The training program is designed to adapt based on the phase or race participants are preparing for, with every session customized to individual capabilities. Primitive Movement Run Club focuses on educating members about the purpose behind each run and the goals they are working to achieve. This approach ensures that each week fosters meaningful progress and a deeper understanding of their training.
