Adan Martínez has over 11 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. Adán completed his education at Concordia University Irvine with a degree in Kinesioloy with the option in Exercise Physiology & Sport Science. Coach Adán is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American Council on Exercise and a California Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC CMT# 92553).
With 5 years experience working with physical rehabilitation patients and working in the realm of 1 on 1 personal training + group training for the last 6 years, Coach Adán has acquired a wealth of knowledge that he uses to adapt and find solutions for a multitude of health + movement issues/injuries. His education and its application in the field has helped many to see immense progress from the programs and styles he's developed. His personal training style is a unique blend of moderate to high intensity weight training, and optioned with athletic/sport movement.
