Group Training Class Schedule

Our group classes combine expert coaching, intentional programming and a motivating community atmosphere. Every workout is fully scalable to your fitness level and abilities so you can train safely, progress at your own pace and still feel the energy of the group.

MONDAY

Forged Class times: 5am, 6am, 9am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 6pm

Primitive Roxzone Class time: 7pm

FORGED

Lower Body Push & Upper Body Pull Strength

Focus on lower body push, upper body pull, and plyometrics.

PRIMITIVE ROXZONE

Hybrid/HYROX Conditioning

Conditioning built around HYROX principles.

RESILIENT

Skill & Power Training

Strength focus including lower body pull, upper body push, and Clean & Jerk work.

Athletic Conditioning

Calisthenics, HYROX-focused conditioning, and core training.

Strength, Coordination & Mobility

Snatch work, upper pull accessory, lower body accessory, and mobility.

Core, Glutes & Accessory Strength

Abs, glutes, and accessory work supporting movement patterns, power, strength, and hypertrophy.

RUN CLUB

Speed, Endurance & Aerobic Training

Improve running performance at all levels with tailored distance and speed work. Rotates off-site locations every week to keep it fresh and exciting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience to join a class?

Nope! All workouts are scalable. Our coaches provide modifications for every movement so beginners and advanced athletes can train side by side.

What should I bring to class?

Just comfortable workout clothes, good shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment you’ll need.

How long are classes?

Most sessions run about 60 minutes, including warm-up, main workout, and cooldown.

Can I drop in for a class?

Yes! We welcome both members and drop-ins. Contact us for drop-in rates.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Let your coach know before class. We’ll help adjust movements so you can train safely while still getting a great workout.
