TESTIMONIALS

What members say

"I've never had the feeling of like every time I come in for a class, someone's really making sure that I'm doing the movements correctly, and they care about even asking about my nutrition, how I'm feeling, giving me tips and tricks for next step."

- Maida

"So having some of these classes that allows me to go back to the foundations of really how we walk before how we run is a huge deal and that's the improvements I've seen."

- Jason

"Getting stronger, laughing with my friends during a class as we're gasping in between sets, it's just really something that I look forward to and it's just something that I think you can't get at other gyms."

- Noelle
