The Half HYROX Format

A standard Half HYROX consists of the following:

  1. 500m Run ➡️ 500m SkiErg

  2. 500m Run ➡️ 25m Sled Push

  3. 500m Run ➡️ 25m Sled Pull

  4. 500m Run ➡️ 40m Burpee Broad Jumps

  5. 500m Run ➡️ 500m Row

  6. 500m Run ➡️ 100m Farmers Carry

  7. 500m Run ➡️ 50m Sandbag Lunges

  8. 500m Run ➡️ 50 Wall Balls
