From Coach Adan:

I love fitness, obviously.

But with fitness, it was the thing that kind of came the most naturally, being able to go ahead and see biomechanics, see movement, and being able to serve people.

I wanted to go ahead and help people.

And the first thing was actually physical therapy and potentially being an orthopedic surgeon.

Decided not to go those routes.

One, because I wanted to get into the market quicker.

And two, I wanted to go ahead and help people faster. I should say earlier, not necessarily faster, but helping people on their journey in regards to their fitness, their health, wellness, all that jazz, right?

As a physical therapist, it's great and phenomenal work. I still see it as a gold standard of movement and correction. You can find a great PT. It's really hard to find anybody that's not gonna help you with this, but anything as far as movement.

But a lot of times you're seeing people that are already injured coming out of surgery. You know, post ACL reconstructions, post knee replacements, post spinal fusions, all that jazz.

You have all these things that you come up. And we do help people.

We have a lot of people that have those ailments that have come up with hip replacements, that come up with shoulder replacements, reverse shoulder replacements, rotator cuff issues. We deal with all that.

But I want to teach you how to move before you get to that point.

I want to teach you how to move before you see the surgeon to have the procedure done.

And that's how, part of movement in the KBV is how do we teach you how to move? And it's not as simple as just moving, right? Just coming in the gym, learning how to work that pattern, knowing how to hinge, appropriately squat.

What a pressing and a pulling pattern really are.

Where the internal and external forces in those patterns come in.

Where the compensatory patterns come in.

Your body is trying to compensate for the lack thereof in other areas. How do we fix all that?

We do all that, absolutely. But how do you move?

What is primitive movement, right?

Primitive movement is, what are you doing in every part of your health, wellness, and fitness journey? Right?

What does it look like to you?

Yeah, how are you eating? Adjust diet.

How do you feel your body appropriately?

Mentally, how do you move through life?

What are you doing?

What choices are you making?

And are the most abundant choices for opportunity in your life?

Are you challenging yourself?

Are you loving yourself?

Are you showing gratitude toward yourself and the things around you?

I know I've grown a reputation for being a hard ass here, especially with our members, clients.

And yeah, you know, conviction looks tough sometimes.

And there's also a lot of love that comes with it.

A lot of care, a lot of attention to detail, a lot of wanting the best for you guys, right?

All of our coaches and our team here, we've been blessed with having individuals that want the best for everybody around them, that show up as the best possible leaders they can be.

And if it's not the best possible thing, they adjust to make it the best possible thing because they know if they're better, the people around them are better.

And that's everybody that comes in through these damn doors.

Right and these doors are being expanded so just kind of a little takeaway kind of relishing in the moment right here to clear the grow right and continue to go with you guys is we're excited to see you know to see what comes next.

We're excited to have you guys continue to be part of that and just get in the damn gym and get these damn gains!

Announcement:

I want to get on here and talk to you people that are coming in to a run club tonight.

And I'm asking those of you that have wanted to run club, have questions about run club.

I want to get faster. I want to get better. I don't know how to do it. I haven't done it yet. Come by the run club.

We're gonna have run club today as it's been as per usual.

I wanna go ahead and get on here and talk to you guys real quick. And just say that it's gonna be a tough one. Very tough one.
