At Primitive Movement x Swole AF, our strength and conditioning group classes are built for people who are tired of guessing and ready to see real progress. Every class is coach-led, structured, and designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and stay consistent without having to figure it out on your own.

FAQs

Do I need experience to join a class?

Nope! All workouts are scalable. Our coaches provide modifications for every movement so beginners and advanced athletes can train side by side.

What should I bring to class?

Just comfortable workout clothes, good shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all the equipment you’ll need.

How long are the group classes?

Most sessions run about 60 minutes, including warm-up, main workout, and cooldown.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Let your coach know before class. We’ll help adjust movements so you can train safely while still getting a great workout.

Do you provide nutritional guidance and personal training?

Yes! A trainer will go over your experience, lifestyle, and goals when you come in for you first free class. Depending on your goals, our trainers can build a customized plan to help you meet your specific fitness goals.
